The Power of Colour

In 1666, English scientist Sir Isaac Newton discovered that when pure white light passes through a prism, it separates into all of the visible colours. Colour has such a powerful force in our lives and can affect our bodies and minds in different ways. 

Several ancient cultures, including the Egyptians and Chinese, practiced chromotherapy, or the use of colours to heal.

So if like me you suffer with you're mental health , I find colour, exercise and being outdoors can improve my mood ten-fold.
